First Visit

What to Expect

We always look forward to meeting new patients. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Please visit our full website to complete our new patient forms prior to your appointment.

Please take all routine medications prior to your visit, if applicable, and bring the following items with you to your first visit.

  • Your dental insurance card for us to copy
  • A written referral or x-rays, if your dentist has provided them
  • A list of your current medications

Oral Surgery Appointments

Your first visit will be a comprehensive examination and assessment of your case, including a review of information provided by your dentist. If necessary, diagnostic x-rays will be taken, so that your situation can be thoroughly evaluated and the ideal treatment plan can be determined. Your doctor will discuss your diagnosis, explain procedures and sedation options, and create a treatment plan that best fits your individual needs. Any questions you may have will be addressed at this time.

Please speak with the doctor about any concerns you have regarding your care, including sedation. If you have a medical condition that may be a concern prior to your visit such as diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever, artificial joints or heart valves, etc., please let us know before your appointment. If you require antibiotics for any existing conditions please contact our office prior to your visit.

All patients under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

We consider it an honor to care for your oral surgery needs and greatly appreciate the trust you place in us to do so. We will do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Every patient is unique, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality care based on your individual needs.

Facial Surgery Appointments

Over time, our skin tends to take on some wear and tear. Wrinkles, fine lines, and the general loss of elasticity can cause us to look older than we feel. This, in turn, can lead to some self-consciousness. The good news is that there are options available for those who wish to look younger or simply to restore their skin to smoothness, firmness, and clarity.

Your first visit will be a comprehensive one-on-one consultation and assessment of your concerns, including a discussion of your desired outcome. Your doctor will discuss your options, explain any recommended procedures and create a treatment plan that best fits your individual needs. Any questions you may have will be addressed at this time.
